Brokers are sold the enquiry, not the customer, meaning the customer could re-enquire through a competitor.

Yes, our rejections policy covers invalid or incorrect numbers, duplicate enquiries, and fake enquiries. We use phone validation, resulting in relatively few broker rejections. Rejections are at OMA’s discretion, and we contact all customers of rejected enquiries to ratify the rejection.
